Field Trip to Richmond, November 4

The Art Department is planning a Field Trip to Richmond on Friday, November 4.

The ticket price will be $15.00.

All interested students must sign up in the Art Office by October 21.

The itinerary for November 4 will be as follows:
2:00: Depart from the Diehn Fine Arts Building on Elkhorn Avenue.
3:30–4:00: Arrive at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts
6:00: Depart VMFA for dinner at Popkin Tavern located on Broad Street
7:00–7:30: First Fridays Art Walk
9:30: Depart from Richmond traveling to Norfolk
11:00–11:30: Arrive in Norfolk at the Diehn Fine Arts Building.

The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts houses a remarkable permanent collection of more than twenty-three thousand works of art from almost every major world culture.
