Baron & Ellin Gordon Galleries
Opening: June 12, 2010, 7:00–9:00 pm
Auction/Closing: Saturday, September 11, 2010, 7:00 pm

Robert McCullough made major contributions to the art communities of Hampton Roads and beyond for 40 years. This comprehensive exhibition includes prime pieces created during those years – from the ’70s to the 21st century. His unique aesthetic in fine art, graphic design and “commercial” art reveals a man determined and devoted to the revelatory power of art.

As a professor of fine art at Old Dominion University, Robert mentored thousands of students and created the graphic design concentration offered by the ODU Art department. To acknowledge his contribution to the art community and to honor his life, the Robert McCullough Graphic Design Scholarship is being established, and will be partially funded by an auction of the work presented at the ODU Gallery.

This site presents the body of work that will be in the show and auctioned for the scholarship. If you wish to purchase any work before the auction, select the link, Support the Scholarship.

A Gallery Talk will be announced soon.
