Elizabeth Elwell in Photographer’s Forum
A work by art student Elizabeth Elwell is included in published in Photographer’s Forum magazine’s The Best of College Photography 2008. Elwell’s selection is a 2006 photograph of three school children at the tsunami rehabilitation colony just outside Chennai, India.

Christine Dryer in Portfolio
Studio Art major Christine Dryer was featured in the April 15 issue of Portfolio Weekly. Dryer was interviewed regarding the dispute with a faculty member over one of her paintings, in the article “Revealing Truths” by Hannah Serrano. The article also discussed the recent controversy over the Virginian-Pilot’s Student Gallery exhibition.

Misty Graves: Enigmatic
Misty Graves’s senior show exhibition, Enigmatic, is currently on view at Amore Casual Italian in Olde Towne Portsmouth.
